Welcome to Shake The Lake! By purchasing tickets, participating in events, or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General InformationShake The Lake is organized by Kenora Entertainment Group, a not-for-profit organization. These terms apply to all activities, including ticket purchases, participation in events, and interactions with our website.

2. Ticket Purchase and Entry

All tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by Shake The Lake.

Shake The Lake is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.

Entry is subject to event capacity limits and age restrictions where applicable. Saturday’s concert is restricted to individuals 19 years of age and older.

3. Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner. Aggressive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and may result in removal from the event without refund.

Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated areas. Please drink responsibly.

Illegal substances, weapons, and any other prohibited items are strictly forbidden on event grounds.

4. Liability

By attending Shake The Lake, you accept all inherent risks associated with the event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or damage to property.

Kenora Entertainment Group, its employees, volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

5. Event Changes

Shake The Lake reserves the right to modify the lineup, schedule, or any event-related activities at any time without prior notice.

In the event of cancellation, we will notify attendees as soon as possible and provide instructions regarding refunds or credits.

6. Photography & Media

By attending Shake The Lake, you consent to being photographed or filmed by event staff. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes without further consent or compensation.

7. Vendor & Participant Terms

Vendors and participants must comply with all rules provided by Shake The Lake organizers, including setup, operating hours, and teardown requirements.

Vendor fees are non-refundable once approved and confirmed.

8. Volunteer Agreement

Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and agree to adhere to event policies and instructions provided by event coordinators.

Volunteers will be provided with necessary training and safety equipment as required.
